Deep Space Diary
Activity 1.1
From 1990 until 2015, the Hubble Space Telescope helped us learn more about our Solar System and explore the Universe we live in. Now, with the James Webb Space Telescope, a new era of space exploration is underway. Webb’s huge primary mirror and advanced technology allows it to detect light emitted by galaxies in the early Universe and observe stars and planets forming. This activity invites students to imagine what they might discover, if they could see more of our Universe than ever before.
