Deep Space Diary

Activity 2.2

This activity allows students to explore how white light is made up of colours, and therefore how it can be split into the spectrum. It will prepare students for the activities in Chapter 5, which introduces the concept of spectroscopy and how this science can be used to help us learn about the Universe, using telescopes like Webb.
